A comfortable two-bedroom suite that comfortably accommodates 4 people, centrally located in a renovated building in the heart of Lecce’s historic center. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Piazza Sant’Oronzo and is halfway between Piazza Mazzini and the Duomo, both of which are less than a ten-minute walk away. For larger groups, note that you can rent the adjacent apartment, Inner City House, for a total of 7 beds.



The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows:

- Bedroom with a double bed, split AC, TV, and closet

- Second bedroom with two single beds, split AC, closet, coffee maker, refrigerator, and electric kettle

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Please note: the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).



The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The front door keys are located inside a security box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.



After 9:30 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - €25.00

- From midnight to 1:30 AM - €40.00

Lecce is primarily a Baroque city. Baroque art spread to Lecce in the 17th century, during Spanish rule, replacing classical art and creating a style that left room for fantasy and imagination. The historic center is rich in examples of this stone’s use in monuments, churches, as well as the balconies and terraces of private homes. But it’s not just the Baroque style that defines Lecce: welcoming, well-organized, with excellent cuisine and an exceptional beach just a short walk away, it’s one of Italy’s must-see destinations.
