"The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place."

"This hotel experience is kind of unique. The room itself was very clean, and even though the bed had a discerning popping noise it was quite comfortable. The office chair inside the room was broken and could not be raised or lowered. When I turned it upside down to see if I could fix it, the bottom half fell out. The refrigerator was not lighted. "The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze "

"1. I always do the book now and pay later so I know what I’m paying for when I get to the hotel 2. I called the hotel to make sure me arriving early the next morning was ok and they said yes and for some reason they checked me in and charged my card. 3. I wasn’t made aware of that til I went to cancel my stay yesterday and was told by a different employee that I had already been checked in. 4."
