"Disaster and disgusting! They promised a non smoking room but the only thing about their non smoking rooms are the signs on the door! The rooms smelled of mold and in some areas cheap cleaner. They have a no refund policy, that means, you have to pay them for a room and they do not have to give you anything of what the agreement stated. "Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. My main complaint is that the room was bug infested. first time they came in and mopped the floor. Did not help. I used my own personal body spray which helped. Whatever...
