Ultimate Family Fun Retreat: Arcade Games, Jacuzzi, and More!
Absolutely delightful stay at this charming house! From the arcade games to the jacuzzi, this place had it all. The added bonus of the electronic game board and a complementary s'more kit made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was seamless, ensuring a stress-free experience. Although we made the rounds to Hershey and Lancaster, the kids were completely entertained and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend for a fun-filled getaway without ever having to step out!

Marvelous property
My hubby, triplets and 2 pups had the best time staying in this incredible home! The decor was so fun and inviting! We loved the hot tub, fire pit, relaxing fenced in back yard and electronic game table. We also enjoyed simply strolling the area looking at the beautiful homes. So much to do inside the home, outside the home and in the surrounding area! We didn’t want to leave. ❤️

Great place!
The house was clean, we decorated, prepared & stocked! My friends and i stayed for two nights and had a great time cooking, drinking, playing games & taking a dip in the hot tub!

Solid times
I had a bachelor party here. The backyard is the draw and the real treat. Hot tub worked well, but nobody ended up in the pool. Firepit worked well, and hanging lights were nice. The curtains by the small nook by the backdoor let me avoid the sun and read. Good A/C coverage and plenty of fun things scattered throughout the house to have a giggle. I would say a lot of the things may skew younger, but my group of 30 year-olds found plenty to be entertained with during the downtime. The big weakness is the 1.5 bathrooms. With 5 men, it felt saturated. We managed to spread our showers out, but just be wary if you are putting two people per bed. The only other thing I'd say is the front entrance steps are very steep, with my clumsiness making me stumble sometimes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I believe the rest of my party did so.

A Sweet Stay to End the Summer
When we first started talking about going to Hershey Park, I saw Kyle's property and thought it looked super cute with a lot of little "extras". When we arrived our expectations were exceeded. Kyle has truly thought of everything the hot tub, the record player, the popcorn machine and the infinity table just to name a few. On our first night I was afraid the kids wouldn't want to leave to go to the park:) We all had a wonderful time, there was plenty of room for the five of us and the house was a quiet respite after long days in Hershey Park riding all the roller coasters! The location also worked well for our day trip to Amish Country. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Kyle was always available before, during and after our trip to answer any questions. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area and looking forward to coming back soon!

Lacrosse Brought Us To The Sweetest Cottage In PA!
We were in Pennsylvania for a weekend long lacrosse tournament in Hershey. Originally, the plan was to bring all of our kids and our two dogs with us. So, I searched for the perfect place with a grassy fenced in backyard, pool, lots of neat character and fun extras! I found just that! Ended up just being me, my husband, our oldest son (the lacrosse player) and our two dogs. I can’t say enough great things about this adorable home and host, Kyle! PacMan, gum balls, popcorn, s’mores, “surprises” around corners, pool, yard games … many extras and even toilet paper flowers … you’ll see! ;-). The location of the home is on a quiet street nestled in with other lovely homes with beautiful gardens and unique curb appeal! We felt very safe. Kyle was super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Within the first 24 hours of our stay my 11 year old son told us that we HAVE to stay at the Red Door cottage next time we’re in town for a tournament! So, I’m sure we will! My youngest two boys would have loved the cute room-inside-a-room with Batman action figures and kid size furniture! We’ll be back! Thank you!!!

Hershey Trip
Everything about our stay was perfect. The house has so much personal touch and it really made our stay feel extra special. We spent a lot of time out back in the hot tub and by the fire pit. The host quickly responded whenever I reached out and was so organized it made everything seamless.

Perfect ladies weekend
This property was stunning. Everything was so clean and in perfect order. Every piece and decoration felt intentional. Some places I’ve stayed have felt like they got everything from a garage sale or were trying to get rid of things somewhere. This home was gorgeous. The beds were also a huge highlight bc they were so clean and so comfortable. I’m so happy with my decision to stay here.

Moms gone wild weekend away!

Anniversary Getaway

Looking For Reasons to Return
We loved our quick getaway to the Red Door Retreat. It’s obvious that Kyle takes real pride in his home. From all of the small touches to some of the bigger luxuries (that couch and hot tub😍)- everything was perfect for us. We literally decided to come to Lebanon just for the house. We looked all over the tri-state area for a house that met all of our needs and this place surpassed them. You should definitely book with confidence. I am hoping this won’t be our only visit.

Cush and Relaxing much better than hotel
We stay here as a midway point between Hershey and Dutch Wonderland and it worked out perfectly the house is very well done from end to end super relaxing in the backyard with the hot tub and pool is icing on the cake we also had a very easy check in and check out process would highly recommend to families looking to check out the Hershey or Dutch area

Really nice getaway!
My family of four stayed at the red door retreat while visiting hershey. For us- it was great. About 30 min to Hershey- house is very clean, really well stocked, the kids loved the backyard! Kyle was responsive and available, but really- you will need nothing. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO Experience!!
This is by far the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! Kyle was a phenomenal host with excellent communication. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Perfect family trip
Kyles house is fantastic. He has thought of every detail from Smores & a fire pit to the Pac Man arcade game and popcorn machine. Our kids loved playing in the yard, taking a dip in the stock tank pool & hot tub. We ate at a few good local places and visited Hershey, Cherry Crest Farm and dutch wonderland (all within driving distance). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, neighbors were very friendly and the house was immaculate. The decor in the house was beautiful and the beds/couch were SO comfortable. Would love to stay here again in the future or one of Kyles other properties! Don’t hesitate to book here!

100% perfect
Super cute house with a great fenced yard for our dog. It's close enough to Hershey to visit but far enough to not be in the traffic. The house is clean and has so many special touches. Its 100% a perfect choice for a family.

Home Base for Hershey Vacation
We used the Red Door Retreat as our home base for our Hershey-focused vacation. The decor is fun and the backyard is an absolute haven. The home was spotless and well kept. Kyle has great insight into what travelers could possibly need. While we ate all of our meals out, you could easily make your meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen. My husband particularly enjoyed the Galaga machine (others might call it a Pacman machine). The home is in close proximity to the Lebanon Farmer's Market and the locals were all so friendly. Kyle was an excellent communicator and easy to work with.

Exceeds Expectations
Kyle was an amazing host. The house was even better than expected. Linens, towels, washer & dryer, hygiene products, dishwasher tabs and cleaners easily accessible. Beautifully decorated home with perfect cute yard. We enjoyed playing games, going in the hot tub and having space to enjoy each other's company as a family when we weren't out and about on adventures. Within 30 minutes from Hershey and less than an hour from Lancaster & Gettysburg. Would highly recommend this place!

Excellent house and host!
The house was a very unique & a perfect size for a family of five. Kyle communicated extremely well & was very thorough with all details of the house. Klye was super responsive with questions that we had once we arrived, the house was extremely clean, we loved the back yard & hot tub! It was about 20 min from Hershey. Would definitely recommend!

Kyle is the host you would always hope for. His presentation online was EXACTLY as advertised. His attention to all the little details was extremely impressive. Beautiful home away from home! The cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at!
Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Kyle went over the top to make a great VRBO experience. All amenities were great! Location was perfect to all local attractions. Kyle went out of the way to make a wonderful stay for my wife and I. Can’t say enough about how comfortable the furniture was and how clean the house was, inside and out. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this to friends and family.

Wonderful stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at Red Door Retreat. The kids really enjoyed the large couch, popcorn machine, gumball machine, and board games. Our dog loves travelling with us, so we were happy to get to bring her. She enjoyed roaming around the fenced back yard. The house was very clean - as in we didn't even find a crumb or a piece of hair anywhere. The hot tub and back yard lighting were a relaxing end to our day. Kyle was very easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. He has really put a lot of thought and effort into making the house comfortable - easy checkin, an ipad full of info and suggestions, comfy beds, towels for the hot tub, coffee, popcorn ingredients, s'mores stuff, everything you need for dishes or laundry, even extras in the bathroom like q-tips and flossers. The house is close to Hershey, Wolf Sanctuary of VA, and Turkey Hill Experience. It was about an hour drive up to Roundtop for snow tubing. We would definitely recommend Red Door Retreat!

Perfect Christmas vacation
The attention to detail in the home made us feel like very special guests. The home is cozy, clean and very pretty. It was very comfortable for our family of 7. Getting to Hershey was easy and it was conveniently close to grocery stores too. Highly recommended! Thank you Kyle!

Such a relaxing stay!
The kids absolutely adored the pool, the popcorn machine, and the gumball machine! The board games were a lovely touch as well! The mattresses were absolutely amazing. I'm extremely picky about where I vacation and the red door retreat really has it all! The nephews and goddaughter loved it!

Once a year; my college friends and I come together for a few days. This year we chose Red Door Retreat and I’m sure we’ll be back next year! Our family loved Red Door Retreat! The house was adorable and the backyard was our own private oasis. The neighborhood was so nice and our dog enjoyed meeting the local dogs on walks. Kyle was a great host and super quick to respond to any questions. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic getaway!
This property is wonderful for a long weekend! I met up with two friends and this place was perfect for us. The three bedrooms on the second level are spacious and comfy. The first floor is beautiful and THAT COUCH! So cozy!! The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtful touches made it perfect. And then, of course, the outdoor area! I only wish it had been warmer to enjoy the pool - but the hot tub was amazing and the fire pit was delightful! Kyle's communication was wonderful throughout!

this place is amazing!!
We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Red Door Retreat. Kyle has literally thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. The decor, hot tub, games. smores bar, ect. He has put so much thought into making sure his guests have a wonderful time. Thank you! Can't wait to come back!

A hot tub in a pandemic is nice!
We came here for the hot tub, and were not disappointed! It was hot and lovely. Kyle is an excellent host, and made us feel very welcome. Super responsive and attentive.

Great Quick Vacation
My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days...This house was only about 45 minutes from our home, but it was plenty inviting. The home was beautifully decorated and we liked that the outside was decorated for Christmas. The place was very clean. The "master bedroom" bed was comfortable. The owner was friendly, and accommodating. He allowed us to check in early (as requested). The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. While we were there, we enjoyed the hot tub, that was very nice. The TV was huge and the sofa was awesome!
