The hotel was extremely run down and noticeably dirty. The room we were given was supposed to be a large room with a queen bed, but it was no bigger than approximately 18×18 and only had a full‑size bed. The hair dryer in the bathroom could not be used because there was no outlet in the bathroom at all.
We also did not have a coffee pot, an ice bucket, or even plastic cups. The microwave and refrigerator did not work, and the floor was dirty.
The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Only cold, regular coffee was offered, and when we called ahead to confirm our reservation, we specifically asked what the breakfast included and whether decaf coffee was available. Cheerios, Raisin Bran, and Froot Loops do not qualify as a continental breakfast. There was no creamer or milk for anyone who could drink regular coffee, and no juice options were provided.
We even called around to find another hotel or place to stay, but everything in the area was fully booked due to the rabbit and cavy show being held at the Lebanon Expo Center this weekend. Unfortunately, we had no alternative.
