The Shared backyard offers a patio with a hot tub and BBQ grill. With AC and custom furniture, it's a comfortable retreat. Three bedrooms, it sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. Come stay with us to take in the beautiful Bavarian themed village of Leavenworth! The Space:

Large kitchen for any type of cooking desired. upstairs there are three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom two has

one queen bed. Bedroom three has two queen sized beds. A washer and dryer for your use located on the main floor.



There is a community back patio area with barbeque, patio furniture, hot tub and Sauna for all of the Snowcreek units.



Other Things to Note:

For family or group lodging: We can accommodate up to 24 guests, so If you are looking to rent the entire Snowcreek Suites, please reach out and we will assist you!



The Birch Townhouse offers 2 included parking spots. One is right in front of the garage, and the other is in the garage. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details.



We are not pet friendly in the Birch Suite. If you have an existing reservation booked prior to Memorial Day 2025, then we honor the previous pet policy.



Just a quick note: After you book, we’ll need to verify your ID, get your agreement to our terms of service, and place a temporary credit card hold for incidentals—like hotels do. This helps us protect our space and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Thanks for understanding! Preauthorization Hold Details: $250. No charges are made unless damage or policy violations occur.
