We do recommend a 4W or AWD vehicle in the winter months. The county does keep the roads plowed, and we also hire a plow company to service our driveway as well.

Welcome to Your Winter Getaway in Plain, WA
A cozy rustic lodge cabin nestled on 0.37 acres in the peaceful Ponderosa community—only 20–30 minutes from downtown Leavenworth and just 1.5 miles from Plain Grocery for any last-minute items (or that bottle of wine).

Please note that our property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by neighbors on all sides. However, the rear of the property backs onto a wooded, more secluded area. Please note that the property is not designed for dogs to roam freely, and there are no markers or fences to contain them if you decide to bring your pet. We do have other neighbors with dogs as well.
