The Inside This beautifully designed cottage offers a spacious and thoughtfully laid-out interior. The second floor features two stunning bedrooms, each with large windows overlooking Lake Erie, so you can wake up to breathtaking views every morning. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience. Laundry facilities are also located on this floor, adding an extra level of ease to your stay.
The main floor features a cozy bedroom, perfect for those who prefer staying closer to the ground floor. A 2-piece washroom on the main level ensures guests have easy access to facilities without needing to head upstairs.
The open-concept living space blends modern luxury with rustic charm, highlighted by reclaimed wood accents—including teak from the owner’s old sailboat—which lend the space a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living room is perfect for unwinding, with cozy seating and large windows framing the natural beauty surrounding the cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook up delicious meals, whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast or a gourmet dinner. The Outside Step outside and embrace the stunning natural beauty of the lakefront setting. The lawn is perfect for lounging in one of the Muskoka chairs or enjoying a family picnic. The gas BBQ is ready for you to fire up and enjoy lakeside grilling, whether you're cooking for the family or having a sunset cookout.
Being at water's edge Lake Erie is easily accessible via a stairs onto the beach. It’s a peaceful spot to dip your toes in or enjoy a swim while taking in the serene surroundings. With two dedicated parking spots, your arrival and departure will be seamless and hassle-free.

Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated. House Rules:
No parties or events permitted.
No fireworks allowed.
Rental Agreement: Guest must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. No refunds will be given if the agreement is not signed.
Security Deposit: A $350 offline security deposit hold will be required. A link will be sent to you to complete this process.
Check-In: The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate in your guest portal.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarette butts appropriately in the provided ashtrays. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as they track in dirt and debris. Please wipe your feet before entering the hot tub and house.
Bugs: We recommend bringing appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor experience.
Unannounced Guests: No unregistered guests are permitted past 10 PM. The pre-check-in form must be submitted, and all guests must be registered.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please bring your own beach towels. Do not remove towels or linens from the house. If you require extra maid service, please contact us in advance. Additional fees apply.
Noise: Guests should not create excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Garbage: All garbage must be placed in the appropriate bins. We recommend taking it out daily to avoid unpleasant odors.
Recycling: Please separate plastics and cardboard and place them in the correct bin. Do not use plastic bags for recycling. Failure to separate recyclables will result in a $75 sorting fee.
Parking: Please park in designated parking areas only. Do not park on the grass. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
Appliances & Kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended purposes. We provide kitchenware for guest use; please load and start the dishwasher before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & Décor: Please do not move the furniture or décor, as it may damage the floors and disrupt the carefully arranged atmosphere of the home.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
Water & Septic: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. Violations that result in system damage may incur charges of up to $1,000.
Liability: The owners and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the premises or in its facilities. They are also not responsible for lost personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or that of any guests they invite.
