"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. "Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. "Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs.
