"Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

"I held a yoga retreat there and the house was perfect for 15 women! The beds were so comfortable, everything was spacious. I really loved the openness of the communal spaces. There were multiple places for everyone to gather together and that was important for us. The owners were very helpful with getting everything ready and communication was great. "
