NOTE: The hot tub gets serviced on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The tech will go straight to the tub, check on the cleanliness, pH and filter, typically it’s a 15 min service during the early part of the day.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
