Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire house during your stay. There are two outside spots available. There is an ADU unit in the back of the home with a long term renter (this situation should not affect your stay). Please be respectful and abide by quiet hours.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
