■ Terry Peak Ski Area: just a 0.5 miles from the cabin to the main ski lodge

■ Mickelson Trailhead, fishing, golfing, scenic Spearfish Canyon: 15 minutes away.

■ Lead: 10 minutes. Deadwood: 15 minutes. Sturgis: 25 minutes.

■ Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park: Just an hour’s drive.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. 0.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.

Pet Friendly – up to 2 dogs allowed. *You must let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a $75 fee per dog and you are responsible for cleaning up after the pet inside and outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
