Trail #5 snowmobile trail is right across the subdivision road from the property as well! Spearfish Canyon is also just 5-10 minutes away with is great fishing, hiking, and waterfall attractions! Some of the best features of the location are you'll have fully paved roads, hi-speed internet, plenty of parking and an additional overflow parking lot for trailers that everyone in the subdivision has access to on a first come, first serve basis. You also get access to the Powder House Pass community clubhouse that includes a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, outdoor heated pool, a larger summer only pool, and gas fire-pit area!
The lodge has an open concept with the well stocked kitchen, living, and dining room that seamlessly come together with a large vaulted ceiling with floor-ceiling windows!
