"We had 11 of us, 3 kids 5 to 9 and 8 adults. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. "We booked this property over Labor Day Weekend and stayed with 5 other couples and their children. We had a houseful of grown ups and kids and still felt like we had plenty of room! It was very nice to have so many rooms with built in bathrooms. There was only 1 bathtub for the kids, but we didn't mind sharing it.
