One-bedroom apartment in the historic Cordiers district, right in the heart of the city, with private parking included

Apartment located on the 1st floor, with private entrance on the first floor, in a small condominium of 4 apartments (each with a private entrance).

It has been completely renovated with quality materials.

It is composed of:
- an entrance to the first floor
- a living room dining room with 130cm TV (Netflix included) and dining area that can accommodate 4 guests, a Cuir Center sofa bed (real daily sleeping with a real mattress)
- a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, TASSIMO pod machine etc.)
- a bathroom with walk-in shower (size 160) with a high-performance LG washer-dryer.
- A bedroom with a double bed 160*200 and a dresser, top-of-the-range bedding.

Linen is provided and the beds will be made on arrival (except for the sofa bed, the sheets of which will be under the chest of the bed in the room).

Warning: bath linen not provided. Possible as an OPTION: €5 per person per stay.


The little extra: a grocery base is present in the accommodation.

NOTICE TO PET OWNERS: our animal friends are welcome, but to respect the comfort of all travelers, they are strictly forbidden to climb on the beds and sofa (a deduction of 100€ from the deposit will be made in case of breach)

KIDS FRIENDLY: a travel cot is available free of charge in the accommodation. On request, we also provide a free bath lounger, a toilet reducer etc
