House of 79 m², fully furnished with one floor, equipped for 4 people, located 5 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes from the beach, in the center of LE TRÉPORT, and 2 km from the forest of EU (76), in a very quiet one-way street, parking is free.

The house is ideally located close to all amenities: supermarket, hairdresser, tobacco bar, brasserie, Serge Reggiani concert hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pool with slide and solarium, mini golf, plus scooter area and skate park, bowling, equestrian center, train station, casino, cinema.
• On the first floor:
- dining room: a large table, 6 chairs and a modern sideboard
- living room: flat screen TV, sofa (4 seats), table, TV stand.
- Kitchen: fitted kitchen, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs, crockery.
• On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed 140x190, the second with 1 double bed of 140x190 and a cot, a flat screen TV in each bedroom.
In the corridor a dressing room – (pillows, duvets and blankets available).
Vacuum cleaners, board games.
Separate toilet, bathroom with shower, sink and hairdryer.
The house is equipped with WiFi.
Pets not allowed, no smoking.
The house has been totally renovated (new bedding). Double glazing.

In the rental are provided for baby: a high chair, a bathtub, a stroller, a small potty and a safety gate.
No parties or parties.
Household and towels are provided for €12 per person.
Cleaning possible on request (40 €), deposit check of 300 € to be handed in at the time of the contract.
During the winter period, a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure - if 8 kWh is exceeded, you will be charged the excess at the EDF rate in force.
Check-in time 2 pm - Check-out time 10 am
For the year 2025, for the period from July 5, 2025 to September 7, 2025, reservations will be made by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday
