Located on the south coast of the Rhuys peninsula, this lovely new house, designed to accommodate 8 people, welcomes you with open arms. Halfway between Rouvran beach and Banester beach, it's the ideal place for a seaside holiday, and everything can be done by bike.



We enter this beautiful 110 m² house through the large open-plan room on the ground floor, into a TV lounge furnished to modern taste, with its comfortable and contemporary sofa. Next, we discover a beautiful wooden table with a rustic top but modern in style, around which 8 cosy and colourful seats invite you to take a seat for a good meal. But before you treat yourself, you will have to go through the brand new large kitchen. Very well equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal.



This level is completed by a shower room, an independent toilet, and a first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160/200).



On the upper floor, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate independent toilet. Three bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, welcome you for a good night's sleep. Two of them have a desk, for remote work or holiday homework.



Another advantage of this house is its enclosed garden, which allows children to play peacefully whilst adults busy themselves around the plancha preparing delicious grilled food, to be enjoyed on the wooden terrace.



For added comfort, the house has a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, and a garage that can accommodate bicycles. You will be able to park in front of the garage.

History enthusiasts can also visit Suscinio Castle, a magnificent historical site located 20 km from Tour-du-Parc, a testament to the region's medieval past.
