You have access to 2 shared on-site parking spaces and street parking. Beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed. Video and audio recordings are made in non-private areas, with a camera monitoring the entrance at the glass door of bedroom 4 on the ground floor. Babysitting services are available for an extra fee.



Public transport is easily accessible and a tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.



House rules: Only registered guests are allowed in the villa—no outside visitors (day, night, or pool). Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors (no excessive noise) and the no-smoking policy indoors. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. The stated capacity must not be exceeded. Serious violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
