The Océane apartment is on the second floor of a residence with secure parking. This 67m2 T3 is facing the Marina du Marin, and on the road to the most beautiful beaches. The first, Pointe Marin is 10 minutes by car. You will benefit from the proximity of many restaurants and bars by the bay.
Renovated 2018, the 2 bedroom apartment accommodates up to six people and is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Business tourists will also appreciate the wifi and its comfort.
A bright space welcomes you as you enter. A fully equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto a 14 m2 terrace with a view of the marina. The pleasant terrace with a comfortable lounge allows you to take the time to savor a ti-punch and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the West Indies.

The decoration of Océane is modern, the living room has two sofas, a large screen to spend special moments. The wifi distributed throughout the apartment will allow you to stay connected. In addition, the sofas are convertible, thus offering two additional comfortable beds.

The dining area has a welcoming table and 6 chairs to share a convivial moment.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Try the traditional cuisine of Martinique, the fruit and vegetable market is nearby, or order from Sabine, our welcoming.

The sleeping area consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, for sweet tropical nights.
The first bedroom has a 180 * 200 double bed and offers a view of the marina. The second bedroom at the other end is furnished with two single beds, which can be pushed together to accommodate another loving couple.
The two bedrooms each have a large dressing room and shelves for your belongings.
The bathroom is fitted with a large shower, and the toilets are independent.
A safe is at your disposal.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS
It is with pleasure that we share our apartment with you.
Only the travelers planned when booking can stay during the stay. No additional passengers free rebooking onto the platform.

A) The linen: Useless to wash the linen (except in the event of long stay ....), we take care of it! Just group together the linen you used (sheets, pillowcases, fitted sheets and tea towels)

B) Dishwashing / cleaning: We vacuum, mop, dust and clean the bathroom. We simply ask you to clean: the dishes - the hob the household appliances (coffee machine, oven, toaster ...) to throw your garbage cans (kitchen + bathroom,) and empty the refrigerator. the local is located outside the building in the parking lot.

C) Please replace broken, damaged, or lost items, if this is not possible the deposit will be used for this purpose. If necessary, go to DOMIA nearby (crockery, household linen, etc.)

E) No downloads on illegal sites. The download is illegal in France.

F) Travelers must respect the building's living rules and not make noise after 10 p.m.

G) The parties are not allowed.

H) The accommodation is non smoking
The rules are simple and easy, thank you for reading and respecting them.

In the event of manifest non-compliance with the rules of procedure, a security deposit equivalent to the average cost of one night will be made.
