The accommodation is composed of the following spaces:

- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- 1 living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people + kitchen area (equipped)
- 1 loggia with dining table
- 1 shower room + WC + washing machine

You benefit from a parking space within the secure residence

Bed linen, towels (1 large per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided and set-up.
We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper for arrival but not for the entire stay
Beach towels are not provided

## Neighborhood
The large beach of Lavandou, or city center beach, called "La familiale" is a large beach of fine sand in the heart of the village.
It is lined with palm trees facing the islands of Levant and Port-Cros.
This family beach offers young children the opportunity to have their feet far from the shore. Thus, racket and ball games can be practiced by everyone while staying in the water.
You can also practice many activities with family or friends, you will find: diving clubs, pedal boat rental, water skiing, sailing school, canoeing, kayaking ...
