All the staff is very kind and helpful from the front-desk to the ski shop. Everyone are worried in providing an excellent service. They aim to make you feel good. This is the kind of service found only in a 5 star hotel. This is not cheap hotel but offers an unforgettable experience. I really recommend it. It was a fantastic."

"The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room."
