Located in a small typical Vendée village (Le Gué de Velluire), it is strategically located:

- 50 minutes from the beaches of Vendée (La Tranche sur Mer)
- 40 minutes from La Rochelle and Ile de Ré
Two accesses to the house: the first side street, the second side swamp, for safe walks with the children.
