Type 3 with 2 bedrooms, for 4 people, very comfortable, renovated, equipped kitchen, shower room, sober decoration.
Located on the 2nd floor of 2, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 2 people, for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence and/or in the street during your stay and explore the area on foot. *Dogs allowed on request (€30 supplement).

The living room opens onto a loggia with large picture windows where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte (monkfish stew), Rouille Graulène, which is different from the rouille of Sète, and meat: Gardiane de Taureau, wood-fired grills, etc.
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TASSIMO coffee machine and FILTER, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1: with 140cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 25 euros for 2 people for 1 bed*.
Bedroom 2: with 1 140cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet.

Location: 200m from the beach and 300m from shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, delicatessen, bakery, mini-market, then in the town centre pharmacy, post office, tobacconist's and market. This flat is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing on the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Just 900 m from the heart of the Port-Camargue district, the Capitainerie with its promenades along the Quais d'Honneur and Quais Laperouse and its Marinas: an emblematic place for yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.
