Located in a small secure tourist residence, 20 meters from the beach of Petit-Havre in Le Gosier, in a calm and flowery environment, the Manin apartment of the Residence "BLEU MARINE" on the ground floor, includes: an air-conditioned bedroom (double bed, sheets and towels provided), bathroom (large Italian shower) / WC, a living room with a real convertible sofa bed and a fan / fogger, TV (satellite channels), DVD player, free broadband WIFI. Equipped kitchen area: fridge / freezer, microwave-grill oven, Senseo coffee machine. A common washing machine (5 € / detergent). Sheets + cradle, high chair and baby bath provided. Swimming pool, Barbecue, Parking.

Daniella will ask you to pay 30 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay.
Accommodation is free for children under 3 years old. Beyond that, it will be invoiced at 10 euros per person per night.

Three beaches in the immediate vicinity of the Bleu Marine residence can be reached on foot.
The nearest is frequented by a few fishermen to whom it is possible to buy fresh fish, or even lobsters when the fishing was good!

You will find an 8m x 4m swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs, nestled in a tropical garden composed of various plants, flowers and trees typical of Guadeloupe.

There is also an indoor common area with bamboo tables and chairs, and a bar for entertaining friends or getting to know other residents. A gas barbecue awaits you to grill some fresh fish and other chickens. Books are also available in this part of the residence.

The residence is located:
• 20 meters from the “Chez Doudou” and “Chez Manu” lolos and the telephone booth under the coconut trees,
• 50 meters from the small fishing port,
• 50 meters from the beach,
• 50 meters from the surf spot,
• very close to the start of the health trail, with its toilets and freshwater shower.
And, the bravest, in short strides, at the top of the hill leading to Petit-Havre, will find a mailbox, a small "Chez Rosa" food store and a bus stop.
