Our house of 170 m² can accommodate 6 people You will find all the comforts and everything you need on a daily basis to make the most of your holidays. Located at the top of a dull, quiet, very bright, it has a beautiful view and has the advantage of being well ventilated.
The living room of 45 m² located in the center of the house consists of a kitchen with central island, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher (adjoining pantry with many small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, yogurt maker , blender ...), and a sitting area with sofa, flat screen TV, WIU console. It overlooks a covered terrace of 45 sqm which invites you to relax with a lounge area (outdoor sofa) to enjoy your Ti punch, a hammock and sun loungers or lounging, and a table to take your meals (barbecue and plancha), all overlooking the pool and garden. The children's area is composed of 2 rooms of 14 m² each with wardrobe (one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa / bedroom with a double bed), a bathroom with two sinks and a large Italian shower, a toilet. Many toys, games and books
The master suite consists of a room of 13 m², a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower, a dressing room and a toilet.
All rooms have direct access to the garden and the terrace, they have air conditioning. Sheets, towels and beach towels available.
Pergola 20m² houses the washing machine, we also leave for your picnics: cooler, picnic table, beach games ... fins, masks, snorkels, body board, ... large trampoline
The 1000 sqm plot is fully wooded fenced and closed by an electric gate. House secured by alarm system.
We will leave guides on Guadeloupe and numerous pamphlets, maps, hiking guides for travel arrangements.
Many beaches are 5 minutes from us (St Felix and coastal path, Anse Vinaigri Les Salines with its Kite Surf spot, La Dacha ...), the Gosier market with local fishermen and products (fritters, puddings, lobsters fresh, local fruits and vegetables) is done every Friday evening departure for Gosier Island by boat within 5 minutes from the house, many activities.
The Marina with its many bars and restaurants are just 5 minutes from the house.
Bakery Petit Casino and down our street. Shopping center (Super U, Leader Price) and pharmacy to 3 minutes.
Ideally located in the center of Guadeloupe in Gosier, you can easily reach the two ends of the island.
On Basse Terre side for diving, the many hiking, waterfalls, lush nature, the Malendure diving spot (Cousteau reserve) is 45 minutes.
Across the Pointe des Chateaux (1h), St Francis (45 min), St Anne, its typical market, and the beach of La Caravelle (Club Med beach) is 15 minutes.
The airport is 15 minutes.
This is our main house we rent our holiday. We leave the place in every wardrobe, we empty the bathrooms, closets in the kitchen you will be reserved ... so you can feel at home. The advantage is that we leave current products such as household products, salt, sugar, oil, ... and you will find a maximum of equipment for your comfort, all in a pleasant and neat.
