The check in was a pain as we were given a number but that number is not in use during check in day and instead a voice recording and new number in french. The chalet was not as clean as in previous year. Floors not clean under sofa. Bathroom floor not clean. We have always had towels before. With change in management this was a change and no towels. Website had been updated to say no towels but they had...

"Overall, I was happy with this rental. The property is well situated, amazing views, ski in / ski out. Once you get your head around which door to come in and which lift to use it's all quite convenient. The flat itself is small (though described accurately on the website) but needs modernising. Communications and check in / out all okay."

"Minulle tämä huoneisto oli ihan Super! Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen ja siisteys oli hyvä! Lämmintä riitti vaikka pari lumimyrskyä pyyhki kohteen yli viikon aikana. Kerrankin suihkusta tuli vettä hyvällä paineella ja veden lämpötila pysyi tasaisena. Ruokakauppa (Sherpa), apteekki ja mùutama ravintolakin on ihan parin askeleen päässä, mutta huoneisto on 9. kerroksessa ja eri puolella taloa, joten öisin en kuullut melua. Aurinkoisena aamuna maisema ikkunasta on mainio ja hiihtohissin...

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."
