On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). There’s also a modern bathroom with a toilet and a garage for your convenience.



Upstairs, another bathroom with a toilet serves the two bedrooms. One features two single beds (90 cm), while the other has a mezzanine with a bunk bed (90 cm), making it perfect for children or extra guests. From here, you can step outside onto a terrace, which overlooks a semi-enclosed garden—an ideal spot for meals or relaxing outdoors.



The residence provides a quiet environment with no direct nuisances, ensuring a peaceful retreat. You can park your vehicle in the residence parking lot, and the beach at La Phibie is just a short distance away, perfect for a day by the sea. The house is also conveniently located near shops, the city center, the market, and the Citadel of Château d'Oléron, offering plenty of opportunities to explore the local culture.



The secure pool is available for residents to enjoy, adding an extra layer of relaxation to your stay. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is pet-free, ensuring a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. With its sunny exterior space and peaceful surroundings, this house offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and relaxation.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival. As a reminder, cleaning is not included in the price and must be done by you. It is available as an optional service.
