Charming Stone Cottage with Jacuzzi & Bikes in Vézère Valley

This independent Périgord-style cottage, a Gîte de France certified property of approximately 42 m², is located below the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will find a shower room (walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, hairdryer) and a separate toilet. Two steps lead down to the living area, which includes a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven/induction hob, refrigerator, and microwave), a dining area, and a lounge area with two armchairs and a TV. Wi-Fi is available. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (160x200 cm) or separated as needed (bed linen provided). In good weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for relaxation (off-season: available upon request, weather permitting).

The cottage is ideal for two people; however, it is not recommended for a toddler due to the multiple levels (steps). Bed linen, towels, electricity and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning €50. Located in a green setting conducive to peace and relaxation, between the Vézère and Dordogne rivers, in the Vallée de l'Homme, in the commune of Le Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat. Its location is perfectly suited for cultural or nature-filled holidays, such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.), walks through villages, ten of which are listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" (La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil, etc.), barge trips and canoeing on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, and visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.). Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the capital of Prehistory, is 9 km away, and there are numerous hiking trails nearby. You can enjoy two terraces, one on the ground floor and the other off the living room, as well as a barbecue. You will have access to a private, enclosed 4000m² garden (fenced with wire mesh, hedges, and a wooden fence), with a large gate for parking and a smaller entrance gate near the house.
