The interior of this spacious apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests across approximately 50 m² of living space. The layout features a living area with a pull-out sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a sleeping cabin furnished with bunk beds. The home includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave/grill and a dishwasher, along with both a bathroom and an additional shower room for added convenience. For outdoor relaxation, a private terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the 320 days of sunshine characteristic of this region.

Guests benefit from shared facilities, including an unheated outdoor swimming pool available from late June to mid-September. Additionally, you have access to a heated pool located just 300 meters away, typically open from mid-May. The residence provides modern essentials such as a television in all units and includes both bed linen and towels. With an on-site uncovered parking space and access to a bakery service, this home offers a well-equipped and relaxing base for a family getaway on the Catalan coast.
