"Stayed for 8 days. Large room with water views, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed. Even though the room overlooked a busy road, there was next to no traffic noise. The guest kitchen was kept spotless, with milk, cereal etc provided free of charge. With their reasonable rates, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommend."

"The bathrooms down the hall are really lovely. The smell of the hallway cleaner was very strong. The inner duvet between two sheets didn't have a very nice smell my husband said on both occasions we stayed. In different rooms. Loved the food at Hotel Gosford. First day of the new menu. The previous menu was also excellent. Parking was really handy."

"Loved how new and fresh everything was. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of dining options right next door with a 10% off discount if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get back onto M1 either going north or south so great for a stopover. Will definitely stay again"

"This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?"
