Upon arrival, the staff was already having a disagreement with one other customer because their room didn’t have air-conditioning and somebody had put a box fan outside of that room and she didn’t believe she needed to pay for that room without any air-conditioning. So then I check in and first he switched my rooms about three times then the room he finally gives me it’s a king and you’ll see on my reservation I specifically reserved for two queens. "I liked the staff. All the staff I spoke with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The fact that this property excepts pets is the main reason I chose to stay there. I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl. "
