Relax at Poolside Bliss in Newly Renovated Home!

This newly renovated house features a large outdoor space with a private, saltwater pool for extra fun summers. The home is nicely decorated and all newly renovated with spacious, modern kitchen and a completely open floorplan. Lots of parking on this private, acre parcel with covered parking! Perfect staycation getaway. Medical, insurance, & MTR welcome! Conveniently located 1.5 mi to Downtown L'ville with restaurants and entertainment & 3.5 mi from GA Gwinnett College and Northside Hospital!

This newly renovated home was expertly designed by AVA Home Interiors with luxury, livability, and comfort in mind! The home features a private saltwater pool with a covered gazebo for a perfect getaway. It is nicely situated on a private lot with parking, and even large enough for an RV! Great for special occasions, family trips, and corporate stays. Your home away from home!

LUXURY: Guests can enjoy the entire home with 3 total bedrooms and 3 total bathrooms. Two bedrooms are masters and on opposite sides of the house. No sharing bathrooms in this house! The kitchen has been fully remodeled with a large island overlooking the entire living area of the house -- the chef will never feel left out. There are two 65" TV's in the living areas so you don't have to fight over football or cartoons! Did I mention all furniture is brand new?!

LIVABILITY: Added piece of mind with 24/7 exterior cameras , door and gate alarms leading to the pool, and newly added 4 ft pool fence for your family's protection. Pack and play and high chair is available! Board games, pool table/ ping pong table are also included to make special memories.

COMFORT: Stay longer and work from "paradise!" We have designed the space to feel 100% at home with lots of kitchen tools to cook and bake with; dedicated work spaces in each master retreat; extra towels for your use; hampers in each bedroom closet and steamer; new, extra-large load washers and dryers; and sound machines & black out curtains to help you sleep better!

Before you arrive we will provide you with a keyless entry code for the home. The code is renewed for each guest. We have a select number of owners closet's that are locked. Other than those spaces, you are welcome to the entire house.

Lots of parking available at the property. Parking large enough for RV! No commercial cars with signage can be parked overnight.

POOL is CLOSED, OPENS on APRIL 2025, POOL is NOT HEATED.


House Rules:
- No unauthorized events/gatherings/parties (please inquire for any events)

- No smoking (including E-cigarettes) anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property. Any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge.

- No commercial use without permission.

- No pets, sorry!

- Maximum capacity of the house is: 9 people overnight. Daytime visitors are okay.

- Please respect the neighbors; Quiet times from 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends. No loud noise, parties or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed.

- Any guest that stays at the property on Wednesday, please have the trash containers out for garbage truck pick up every Thursday early morning. Thank you!

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We would like to provide a clean and undamaged home and a magical experience for every guest, in relation to that all bookings require a $300 security deposit. It is just a hold on your credit card and it will be released 3 days after your departure. You will receive the full amount after a thorough inspection and no damages have been done to the house.

Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee to cover cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Great family friendly home

Everything was seamless throughout our stay from check in to checkout. The house was exactly as listed/described online and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. I really appreciated the pool fence and alarm as we had young children with us. There were plenty of extra pillows, towels, etc. This was one of the best short term rentals I have stayed in as far as accommodations and cleanliness!

Great gathering with family and friends

We hosted a baby shower at this home- it was a great venue for a nice get together. The open floorplan in the main area was perfect. Kitchen was well equippedI would have liked to have chairs on front porch and a fire pit- a TV under the outside patio would have also been a nice touch. Master bed was very comfortable. 3 bathrooms was a plus

SPRINGBREAK w/Pre-Teens

It was great. My family came to enjoy Spring Break. The home is fully stocked with what you would need to avoid unnecessary purchases while on break. E.g plates, pots, pans, cups etc. When you check-in please be sure to check all the cabinets so that you can avoid buying what's there already. There were food seasonings and condiments that avoided the need to buy some of those as well My sister is experiencing Hot flashes, so the tower fans in each room were so very helpful & heavenly to her. The pool table benches was stocked with so many board and card games, so it is a family friendly place to post up and enjoy. There are blow dryers, ironing board w/iron. The water gets hot and stays that way for a relaxing shower. The home is located on a very busy street, but the home is well made so there is no noise to keep you awake. The lights around the pool area are such a nice touch in the evenings. There are already a couple floats and pool noodles in the pool supply closet for use as well, the pool safety alarm is a great touch. The space outside I really ample. The patio has great cover space. So.even when it rained we could be outside and socialize, which was coolThe beds were very comy!!! Personally, if I didn't need to take the boys out to Andretti's, I would have stayed in the bed- lol.Important...only the bedroom with Bunkbeds has a television. Which is helpful when you have kids who want to settle down and watch TV. But there are 2 65" tvs in the ope

Perfect Retreat

My family and I needed a place to stay while emptying our dad's house. This was exactly what we needed at the end of long, emotionally and physically taxing days. Couldn't have been nicer to come into a beautiful, tranquil, open space with all the amenities we could have needed - or sit under the pergola by the pool.

This rental worked great for us as two couples with three young children. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped (e.g., basic cooking supplies, pack n play and high chair, shampoo/conditioner/soap). Check in and check out were easy. We would stay again if we needed another rental in the area!

Great getaway!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very cute and quiet. Also, the host is amazing at answering any questions I may have had and did so very quickly. We were able to check in early with ease. I would highly recommend this home if you and your family are looking to explore Georgia!

Property was a very small house with 2 true bedrooms the 3rd had 4 bunk beds. Ok for 2 couples with smaller kids possibly. If more than 2 adults with larger kids book elsewhere unless you want to re-live your childhood and sleep in a bunk bed. Also AC was a non factor, it was very hot and uncomfortable while sleeping (Thermostat was locked wouldnā€™t go below 70). There was a tower fan in the master bedroom and I wondered why when I arrived, and it made sense before too long. Totally not worth the price paid, Iā€™m very disappointed.

Great place for families

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this this cute little place. Walking in you are greeted with a very well designed kitchen and living area. It had a nice size dining table so we could all eat together. The pool table was a nice touch and it got plenty of use. There were three bedrooms and three bathrooms that were nice and well stocked, including beach towels. There was very large washer and dryer which was very helpful when you are traveling with a 14month old. One bedroom had bunk beds which is great for families. Beds were comfortable and all the bedding had crisp white linen on it. The kitchen had nice new appliances. It was also well stocked with everything from dishes and coffee to garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Having the pool and patio area was a great bonus. There were plenty lounge chairs in the pool area and a nice table if you choose to bring your food out and want to eat after your swim. There is also an alarm on the pool for safety. That definitely gave me a peace of mind traveling with my grandchild. The patio had nice, well maintained furniture and a grill which is great. The other nice thing was there was plenty of parking!! The location was great. Right near the city center in Lawrenceville. Lots of places to eat, drink and get gas! Carmen the host was extremely responsive. She was very quick to respond to all of our messages. She was a great host! Overall this was a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed.
