Unwind in the living room on plush seating while watching the large flat-screen TV. The home is equipped with high-speed fiber internet and a split unit for air conditioning and heat, ensuring your comfort year-round.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a large island with bar seating. You'll find everything you need to prepare a meal, including:

BEDROOM & BATH:
After a day of exploring, rest easy in the spacious bedroom, which offers a comfortable King-sized bed and its own TV. The sleek, modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Guest access:
You will have private, keyless access to the entire detached cottage and its amenities, including the private porch and fire pit area. Please note that the separate front house on the property is occupied by other residents and is not included in the rental.

We prioritize your privacy so you can enjoy your retreat. While we will not be on the property during your stay, we are readily available through the app if you have any questions or need assistance.

A complimentary starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) is provided for your convenience.
Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.
A washer/dryer combo unit is available inside the cottage for your use.

Other things to note:
For our dog owners, we do allow up to 2 dogs in our home. There is a $100 pet fee.
