"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. "There was a good buffet breakfast. All the staff were polite and courteous.

"Great location behind the cathedral.The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great and even though it was buffet/help yourself the quality of the food was good. The room itself was a bit shabby around the edges. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture was scratched and outdated.
