    At the entrance of the property, there is a self check in key box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the property are stored inside the self check in box, and all necessary instructions will be provided to you upon booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible view of this wonderful home, you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

    Attention: the parking space is located directly in front of the house, but to reach it you need to drive through a small internal village road that becomes narrow in some sections. Please drive with particular care. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed guide with photos and instructions on how to easily reach both the parking area and the property. Bed linen and bath towels are available on site and are charged according to the actual number of guests staying, at a rate of 13.70 CHF per person. This is an advantage for guests, as you only pay for the linen actually used rather than for all beds regardless of occupancy. We provide high quality professional Swiss linen, carefully washed and hygienized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety. A baby cot with bedding and duvet is available on request for an additional fee of 50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed.

    We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and bed linens on the bed before departure, as a sign of cooperation with the cleaning service. Please make sure to switch off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and to properly close and lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Please turn off the pellet stove and tidy up the sun loungers, chairs, and umbrella in the garden. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; it is permitted only in the outdoor areas.

    The house is located in Val Lavizzara, a peaceful alpine valley surrounded by nature in the Ticino region. The most convenient way to reach it is by car, which also allows you to move freely between the nearby villages and attractions. For guests arriving from outside the region, the main access point is Locarno. From there, you follow the road towards Vallemaggia and then Val Lavizzara. The journey is scenic and takes about 40 45 minutes, passing through mountain landscapes, rivers, and traditional small villages. The area can also be reached by public transport. Regional buses depart from Locarno and go up the valley to the main villages, including Prato Sornico. From there, a short walk or a local taxi may sometimes be required to reach the house. Bus schedules can be limited, especially in the evenings and on public holidays, so we recommend checking connections in advance. For guests travelling without a car, it is possible to take a train to Locarno and then continue by bus into the valley. However, to fully enjoy the area and have maximum flexibility for excursions, lakes, restaurants, and nearby valleys, having a car is the most practical option.

    The house is an entire independent property spread over three floors, spacious, welcoming, and surrounded by greenery in the heart of Val Lavizzara, designed to offer a comfortable stay in every season, both for families and groups of friends. On the ground floor, there is a practical and functional laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, and cleaning products. This space is especially useful for longer stays or for guests traveling with children, allowing for easy management of laundry and daily organization. Going up to the first floor, you enter the living area, a bright and convivial space that represents the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for self catering, including dishes, utensils, and well organized storage. Next to the kitchen there is a large dining table, ideal for sharing meals and time together. The living room features a large, comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. A pellet stove adds warmth and a cozy atmosphere, making the space especially inviting during colder days. On this floor there is also a guest bathroom. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, designed to ensure peace, privacy, and high quality rest. The master bedroom is spacious, bright, and simply and calmly furnished, perfect for recharging after a day outdoors. The second bedroom is designed for children, with a bunk bed, a pull out single bed, and toys available, creating a fun and functional space for younger guests. The main bathroom is fully equipped and well organized, featuring both a shower and a bathtub to suit all needs. Also on the upper floor there is a workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work, studying, or simply having a quiet corner for concentration. The house also features a beautiful private outdoor area, perfect for fully enjoying the surrounding nature. The garden offers a peaceful space to relax, eat outdoors, or simply enjoy the mountain views. There is a table with chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying moments of pure relaxation surrounded by the silence and greenery of the valley.
