"We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

"wunderschöne, vollausgestattete Unterkunft. Wer fern von Touristen-Trubel unter Einheimischen das Land genießen möchte, für den ist es perfekt. Trotzdem ist man schnell mit dem Zug in Rom oder an verschiedensten Stränden.Alberto war ein absoluter Engel, hat uns kostbare Tipps und Witze mit gegeben.Sehr aufmerksam und auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke für alles!"

"We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

Kurze Wege sowohl zum Strand als auch zur Stadt, zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants.Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr modern/neu und hat alles was man braucht. Der Geräuschpegel der angrenzenden Straße ist teilweise etwas höher, was für leichtere Schläfer eventuell störend sein könnte. Die sehr herzlichen Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl...

"Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo "

"Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for."
