With 3 floors, this condo unit is perfect for 2 families to share or take the grandparents!

Stainless steel appliances,hardwood floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, outdoor eating area and third floor deck. Outdoor shower as well as 4 beach badges included. We recently renovated it and is furnished with Pottery Barn and PB Kids furnishings and bedding. Make this your summer tradition!

Renter must be over the age of 25. We do not rent to Prom Parties.

Best girls weekend ever to celebrate a sweet 16!

The property was perfect for two moms and 5 teenagers. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great, clean and great location. We were steps from ice cream, coffee, shopping and of course the beach. We loved our stay and we would definitely come back.

Everything about the property was pleasant. It was in close proximity to restaurants, stores, the beach, and boardwalk. Dan was a wonderful host and extremely pleasant. I will definitely be staying here again.

Bachelorette Weekend Trip

My closest friends and I had such a great experience staying at Danā€™s beach house for my bachelorette! Everyone complimented the space and loved the location, which is right on the beautiful private feeling beach entrance and in the center of their really fun town. Dan was also a very kind communicator throughout our check-in & check-out. Iā€™d definitely stay again :)

Everything is in walking distance...the beach, the bay, coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping. We all loved the house and were impressed by the thoughtfulness of the attention to details. Looking forward to going again next year!

Nothing bad to say!

I went with my family of 4 and my sisterā€™s family of 4. Having 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms on separate floors definitely made us feel like we had our own space and privacy. We werenā€™t so much in each otherā€™s ways. The 5-10 min walk to the beach was very nice as well since we had very young kids with us to not have to lug them and our stuff too far was appreciated. I canā€™t say enough about the communication with the host and the ease of checking in and checking out. Dan was very responsive and accommodating. Would be happy to rent here again!

Rented for the weekend while in town for a wedding with another couple, house was exactly as advertised. Location was absolutely perfect- could walk everywhere in town, close to beach. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

Perfect Lavalette location

This place is located right on the main drag in Lavellette making it so convenient. Just walk across the street to the Crabs Claw, or one block over and across the street to Lennys pizza which is awesome and Kohrs ice cream and custard next door. There are so many shopping opportunities as well as other restaurants all within a few blocks. The unit we stayed in was so quiet we never even knew we were on the main drag. The owner communicated quickly and was so accommodating in letting us in early. Off-season is really the way to go at the Jersey shore! Keep in mind it is a three story which we did not mind at all. I certainly got my exercise sleeping on the top floor but had a nice view from the outdoor balcony off my bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked, nice big table to accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. The living room couch is spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

Location, location plus updated comfort

Great updated property in a terrific location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. No need to drive anywhere. The condo is very comfortable with a gorgeous interior. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had promptly. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Great spot!

Just a drive down road from the Seaside Heights boardwalk but with the benefit of not being in Seaside. So convenient, morning coffee across the street, ice cream next door, and the beach right around the corner. Traveling with 3 kids (1, 5, and 11) this property is perfect- laundry, outdoor shower, bunk room for older kids, separate room for the baby needing an earlier bedtime, and all the conveniences of a house that keep parents sane and kids happy.

Amazing location and everything you need!

My family (2 adults and 3 children) stayed for a week in August this summerā€¦We really enjoyed the property and everything in the listing was accurate and even better than expected. There was a lot of room with the three levels. The location is amazing! Itā€™s right in the middle of everything and was great for my kids to walk around, bike, etc. We hope to stay at the property again next summer!

Perfection!

The property was fabulous, just as it was listed online. My partner, friends, and I needed a little local getaway for a few days and it was perfect. While it did rain most of the afternoons, we had excellent beach mornings/early afternoons at the beach, which is steps away. The tv provided us with good entertainment as well as the nearby shops. Would definitely stay here again!
