"It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner."

"Easy check in. Clean hotel and room. Quiet facility and close to mall and restaurants. We called for an extra blanket and staff delivered quickly."

"We showed up to the hotel for check in and they were running behind. They said it’d be a couple of more hours before we could check in. We spent the evening with family and came back to our room. Our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We slept with the window all night to help with the smell. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. "The property is in a good area. Centrally located minutes away from Ohio, Kentucky and in West Virginia. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the television in our room did not work at all and we asked two separate times to have it looked at/fixed but it never was. I would probably stay here again if in the area. A great bonus was The Hillbilly Hot Dog diner was close to the hotel and definitely worth the visit. Get the banana split!"

"We was in town for Rock the country and we was there Friday and Saturday. We had no towels or wash clothes. My friends had two more rooms with also no towels or wash clothes. The price was much more than normal price which i didnt mind but having to go out and buy towels and wash clothes was not something I would have done with a stay price of the weekend being $650.00"
