"Liked "cabin"/ski-resort hotel feel. Not so much the 10 minute walk across murren to get to the train to get down to Lauterbrunnen.
Comfy bed, but no heat. It was mid-September and we returned to the hotel cold and were told there was no heat for another week when Fall started!
Nice restaurant deck. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great. Dinner and dinner staff were great."
"It’s a cozy little hotel , and I love how they come and pick you up from the train station when you first arrive because of the luggage and why bring it to the room.
The breakfast is amazing , and the chef taking orders for breakfast was so cool. Loved everything about this hotel"
"We really enjoyed the accommodation. It is located in an easy-to-access and quiet area, very close to Interlaken Ost station. We stayed in a room with a river view, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful!
The breakfast is simple (nothing excessive), but very good... we did not miss anything.
Perhaps one point to consider is accessibility for some people, since depending on the room you may need to go up or down stairs carrying your luggage by hand, as well as the lack of a TV in the room....

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. The hotel was otherwise excellent with its staff,...

Says 17 minute walk but they don't tell you its up a mountain so more like half hour or more if hauling luggage. They should send email telling uou they have a shuttle to pick you up.
After getting there uou pay $8-10 for shuttle each way down to town and back.
Only 3 restraurants and no shops.
