Detached 2 1/2 room holiday home for single use. 60 m2 living space on 2 floors. Newly renovated in 2015 and modernly furnished. Entrance area with cloakroom and shoe rack. Separate kitchen, functionally equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, raclette and cheese fondue crockery). Living room with cosy sofa, satellite TV/radio. Bedroom with 2 beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), 1 bed stool that can be folded out into an extra bed (for a fee), free baby cot for infants up to the age of 3 years, high chair (trip-trap). Shower / washbasin (hairdryer available), separate WC. The beds are made on arrival, bath and kitchen linen are provided. WiFi / WLAN. The construction is rustic with a ceiling height of around 1.95 m and correspondingly lower beams. Covered arbour (balcony) with table and 4 chairs, sunbathing lawn with deckchairs, mountain view. Outside barbecue. Lockable room for sports equipment. Shared use of the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the main house (approx. 100m out of the valley). Year-round access by car possible, tarred driveway and parking directly in front of the house. Non-smoking house. The valley station of the cable car Schilthorn - Piz Gloria and the bus/post bus station Stechelberg Schilthornbahn are within 5 minutes walking distance (approx. 500m). Free bus connection to Lauterbrunnen all year round from 2026. All taxes, fees and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
Good to know: The beds are made on arrival and are made up once a week for longer stays. Additional sleeping accommodation: fold-out bed stool (70x200cm for children, teenagers or occasional visitors), subject to a charge. Baby cot (children up to 3 years) free of charge.
Other kitchen equipment: Kitchen linen is available, 6 plates, cups, glasses and cutlery, toaster, raclette oven, fondue dishes.
