Set on 1,400 m² of enclosed grounds, this carefully renovated property offers approximately 140 m² of living space (main house + annex) across three bedrooms and four private bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests in refined comfort.
Ground floor — Air-conditioned living room opening onto a covered terrace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom with 180 cm bed and en-suite shower room.
First floor — Bedroom with 160 cm bed and private shower room.
Annex — Independent bedroom with 160 cm bed, shower room and WC. Perfect for those seeking extra privacy and air conditioning.
Please note: air conditioning is fitted in the living room only. The bedrooms benefit from the natural coolness of the stone walls.

Outdoor spaces
The 9 × 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.10 m to 1.60 m, full-width steps) is the perfect place to unwind beneath the Luberon sun. The covered terrace, gas barbecue and shaded areas set the scene for long lunches and convivial evening gatherings.
The property is fully enclosed with a wrought-iron gate — privacy and peace of mind guaranteed.
⚠️ The pool is not fitted with a certified safety system. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
