"Wonderful location! The cottage was quite spacious. The photos don't really do it justice. It had cooled down quite a bit the week we were there - so limited time spent in the water. (But the kayaks/canoe were great fun when we did take them out.) We were a little disappointed we could not use the wood stove inside (due to the fire ban outdoors). "The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. "Lakepoint was amazing! Stayed for a weekend with our dog and the area was perfect. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional and bbq was very nice. Gas stations and convenience stores 15 mins away. All together a great comfortable stay "

"We had a very nice week at this cottage. It’s a quieter part of the river, boat-wise, so good SUP’ing and kayaking. Good fishing spots too. The cottage is on the smaller side, but it sleeps six comfortably, and otherwise we spent all our time outside, so we did not mind the smaller living area. We brought a pop-up shelter to create more shade near the water, as it’s on the sunny side. It was our second trip to this cottage, counting last year, and we are looking forward to another week this...

"Loved the beach and sandy lake bottom. Didn’t like being right on highway 60, lots of traffic noise. The kitchen was very dark and the light over the sink wasn’t working. Everyone had to walk through the main bedroom to use the only shower, the hosts left their bar of soap, toothbrush and paste and a razor. The picture shows bright coloured Adirondack chairs around a big fire pit. We had to move the fire pit away from a drain pipe. We had 2 patio deck chairs that sank in the sand, a gravity...
