"This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Laurel. It is just a tad too far for walking distance to downtown Laurel, but only a 5-6 minute drive and parking was never a problem downtown. Once we parked, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Don't forget to go by Laurel's museum Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Just don't plan to shop after 5:00 pm or eat a late supper. Evenings can be spent walking the charming neighborhoods or...

"We were looking forward to staying at The Edlin House, and it lived up to our expectations--and then some! But we have to agree with others who have stayed there that it needs a new sofa! The cushions are smashed beyond comfort, and they are not the kind that you can flip from one end of the sofa to the other.
