"This was a super cool place to stay... There is nothing like it around. Three sides of the building are 1-sided mirrors, so we had a 180 degree view from inside, but no one could see in. The 2-person hot tub was an added bonus. Very clean and located a little ways off the golden circle road. I would highly recommend for a very unique experience. "

"This house is almost too good to be real, but it is. The pictures are not AI, this place actually looks like that! Our group stayed here for six nights and we could not have asked for a better experience. Each couple had their own suite and bathroom, which was perfect. The bedding was on point, the water pressure was great, and the ability to do laundry was a nice bonus. The views are stunning! "Wir haben die letzte Woche und den perfekten Abschluss unserer Elternzeitreise mit unserem 8 Monate alten Baby im Backyard Village bei Oskar und Emma in Hveragerði verbracht. Die beiden sind wahnsinnig nett und immer erreichbar, die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und wir hatten auch für unser Baby alles, was wir brauchten. Perfekt ist zudem die Lage. "Our stay at the Lake Palace was wonderful. The home is beautifully situated, spacious, and well equipped. The host was very accommodating and provided a crib and high chair for us to use for our little one. Soaking in the hot tub with a view of the mountains was an incredible way to unwind after a day of hiking. We highly recommend staying here!"
