A dreamlike vacation home awaits you between Fulda and Gießen, between Kassel and Frankfurt. Located right on the edge of a meadow, it offers direct access to nature and an indescribably beautiful panoramic view that turns many a sunset into an unforgettable experience.

Families with children, couples, and friends—with or without a dog—are all warmly welcome here.

Our vacation home, which underwent a complete renovation in 2025, is luxuriously appointed and offers a first-class experience in every season with its panoramic sauna and wood-fired hot tub.

What you can expect from us:
A detached, modernly furnished, and fully equipped house on a 750 m² lot with unobstructed views into the distance
3 bedrooms with large double beds and comfortable mattresses for a restful night’s sleep
2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower
Large living room with a pull-out couch, a 75" Smart TV and a balcony
Dining room with a generously equipped kitchen and a terrace
3 parking spaces and a wall box for electric cars
SPA: 3.5-meter-long panoramic/barrel sauna for 6 people. Sweat it out with a distant view.
SPA: Wooden hot tub for 6 people. Wood-fired.

Utilities for water, sewage, and heating are already included in the booking price.
Electricity for the wallbox, sauna, and hot tub will be billed at the end of your stay based on actual usage (€0.35/kWh) as measured by a separate meter. (Applies to bookings made after 13.11.2025 ).

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2025 and is state-of-the-art. You’ll find 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, even for more elaborate culinary creations. A washing machine and dryer are available.

Enjoy the spa area with its panoramic sauna and wood-fired hot tub. Experience unforgettable evenings together around a campfire at our fire pit. A Weber charcoal grill is available for barbecue enthusiasts.

Underfloor heating ensures cozy evenings after days of exploring. Experience an unforgettable getaway in the picturesque low-mountain landscape of the Vogelsberg.

Please understand that we do not allow parties, drinking binges, or loud gatherings. The garden is a place for relaxation, not intended for parties or large gatherings. We also ask that you refrain from excessive alcohol consumption.
