The splendor of the local stone stands out against the well-kept green areas of the lawn, which enhance the exterior. The blue swimming pool is flanked by a gazebo furnished with lounge chairs for relaxing in the cool air or sunbathing.
A veranda with a wooden canopy provides shade for the outdoor dining area, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining with friends, as well as for preparing delicious outdoor barbecues. The outdoor area also features a guest bathroom.
Authenticity, history, and comfort welcome guests inside the beautiful trulli brought back to life. The large, fully equipped kitchen and the dining room form the living area.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with a star-vaulted ceiling?a typical and highly prized architectural feature?and 2 characteristic alcoves, which create intimate spaces while respecting the original structure.
The first alcove is furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed, while the second alcove has a 140 cm French bed.
The interior is completed by one bathroom with a shower.

Trullo Canicchiulo is a villa with trulli and a swimming pool for vacations in Puglia, located in the province of Brindisi, in the Coltura district, in the Latiano area halfway between Latiano and Francavilla Fontana.
The residential area is dotted with trulli surrounded by complete privacy. The location allows you to reach the centers of Latiano and Francavilla, both about 7 km away.
The nearest beaches are on the Adriatic coast and are about 20 km away. Among these is the beach at Torre Guaceto, a WWF nature reserve with pristine waters, preserved vegetation, and protected wildlife.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Pool available from June to August.                                                      
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
