The All`ombra degli ulivi villa is introduced by an automatic gate. Along the driveway it is possible to park the car.
In the area in front of the villa is the swimming pool equipped with solarium, surrounded by lawn and with hammock in the shade of a large olive tree. Accompanying the pool is a shower room, as well as an outdoor shower.
The veranda is furnished with outdoor lounge, table and chairs for outdoor dining and watching TV comfortably. Next to it is the barbecue fireplace for grilling.

The first living room is furnished with sofas, TV, kitchenette and dining room. There is a second living room with 1 double sofa bed, with dining room with TV.

The town of Latiano is just 5 km away from the villa. All the main services are located there.
The location is perfect for going to the sea on both the Adriatic and Ionian seas. The nearest beaches are those of the Brindisi Adriatic coast. The Torre Guaceto nature reserve is only 22 km away.
The nearest Ionian beaches are those of San Pietro in Bevagna, just 33 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Outdoor shower is not heated.
