Ferienhaus Lassan bei Wolgast

One of two log cabin-style holiday homes for 2 people each are located directly on the Peene River on the owner's approx. 1,300 m², fully fenced residential property. The bathing area and a restaurant are only approx. 300 & 400 m away, the village centre with shopping facilities approx. 500 m away.



The approx. 30 square metre non-smoking houses have a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio, DVD player), a small open kitchen (electric hob, fridge, various small kitchen appliances, a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC). A steep room-splitting staircase leads from the living room to a sleeping loft with 2 further sleeping places (NOT suitable for CHILDREN under 3 YEARS!). The holiday cottages are equipped with insect screens on the windows and additional electric heating.



Furthermore, all guests have access to a furnished terrace in front of the house, a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers on the property, a barbecue, parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, a table tennis table and an above-ground pool (for a fee). Tourist fishing licences and fishing permits can also be purchased from the owner.



The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water consumption. To be paid on site: Energy costs according to consumption, pool use (if desired). Pets are not allowed in this property.



The small town of Lassan is a former fishing and farming village on the Pomeranian mainland directly on the Peene River. The island of Usedom is Visasvis on the opposite bank. It can be easily reached via two bridges (approx. 10 km to the north and south) and by passenger boat, and there is a harbour, a bathing area on the Peenestrom, restaurants, shops and bike hire stations in the village. Various water sports such as sailing, stand-up paddling etc. are also offered at a campsite. Special attractions include the municipal museum, St. John's Church and the herb garden in neighbouring Papendorf. A harbour festival is traditionally held at the campsite in July.
