This is a very spacious and beautiful estate on a half acre lot. It’s only seven minutes to the strip and ten minutes to the convention center. It’s a $10 Uber ride to T-Mobile Stadium. It’s the perfect location! It’s basically in Chinatown surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town, some of which are literally within walking distance. The backyard was designed to mimic resort style living complete with an outdoor kitchen fireplace pool spa water feature and putting green.
The space
This house was set up with your comfort and entertainment in mind. It’s 4100 ft.² and has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 10 beds, four kings and six Queens. There’s also three sofa beds in the living room. The master bedroom has two King size beds plus a queen size bed in it’s own private 13 x 8 1/2‘ room. For your entertainment it has eight TVs, pool table, dart board, AirHockey, foosball and poker table. It has a very large bar. All appliances and fixtures are brand new. The kitchen is even equipped with two large capacity refrigerators. The backyard is set up resort style. Including the pool and spa which both have their own independently operated heaters. Guests will be given an app so you can control all pool equipment and lights from your own phone.

Guests will be given the door code and Wi-Fi password a day or two before their arrival.
Other things to note
The pool is heated April through October. The spa is heated year around no charge. The rest of the year there’s a $375 charge to heat the pool for a duration of five days. $50 a day after those five days.
